/ˈkɔːrəs/ _ (Greek: χορός, translit. chorós), in the context of Ancient Greek tragedy, comedy, satyr plays, and modern works inspired by them, is a homogeneous, non-individualised group of performers, who comment with a collective voice on the dramatic action.
